Located in Loveland, Winter Park, Grand Lake in Colorado and Cheyenne in Wyoming, at Durbar, every dish is prepared using authentic recipes passed down through generations. Spices ground fresh, every day

Spices ground fresh, every day

Our chefs source herbs and spices directly from Nepal and India, then grind them in-house. That's what you taste in every bite. From the warmth of our tandoor specialties to the richness of our signature entrées, every plate celebrates the vibrant culinary heritage of South Asia. We believe great food should do more than fill a table—it should create lasting memories shared with family and friends.
Momos, biryani, and everything between

Momos, biryani, and everything between

Nepal and India share one menu — not fusion, just two proud culinary heritages side by side. Try the steamed momos, then stay for the biryani.

Spices, craft, and the story behind every plate

Durbar means Royal Palace in Nepali — and that name has carried a promise since the very first meal we served in Loveland, Colorado. This is the story of the spices, the craft, and the family behind every plate.

What our guests are saying

We love this place! We are always welcomed like we are old friends. We try to eat here once a month sometimes more. The flavors are on point. We get the combo appetizer and garlic naan. We try to order different things. This last time I went with scallop vindaloo and my other half went with the lamb curry. I also get the chai tea. We are never disappointed and would recommend 100%

First time trying this restaurant, went to lunch with my friend 🧡 on his recommendation, lovely place very welcoming staff, owner even came to our table and greeted us and answered our questions on the menu, I ended up getting the Kadai on the menu with the garlic Naan and left very satisfied, fat and sassy if you will. Thank you to the staff😊 if your looking for new places to try I definitely recommend.

I got the chicken Kadai, onion chili naan and the chili chicken. Everything tasted great and was pretty spicy, I ordered one spice level under the hottest one. The server who I think was the owner was extremely nice and talked to everyone in the restaurant like they were long time friends. Really great place.

This place is one of my favorite weekly stops. The food is amazing, the owners are so kind, and the atmosphere is calm. Truly a rare gem. Add this place to your list. You won’t want to miss it.
